NeuroSoul Coaching™
Remember. Rewrite. Live
Intentional Living and Inner Wellness
Blending neuroscience, mindfulness and spirituality to help you reconnect with who you are, rewrite the stories that no longer serve you, and create a life that feels like your own.
My Background
Before NeuroSoul, I spent almost 30 years working in the NHS, with the last 15 years focused on organisational development, leadership and coaching.
I've worked with people through change, challenge, uncertainty and growth. I've seen first-hand how capable, successful people can become disconnected from themselves while continuing to function brilliantly on the outside.
My professional experience taught me a great deal about people, behaviour, leadership and change.
My own journey taught me something equally important:
Transformation isn't just about what happens in your head. It's about the whole person.
Our thoughts, emotions, bodies, nervous systems, relationships, values and sense of meaning are all connected.
That understanding sits at the heart of NeuroSoul.
The Story Behind NeuroSoul
NeuroSoul began with a simple realisation: somewhere along the way, many of us become very good at living the life we're supposed to live — while quietly losing touch with ourselves. I know that feeling.
For years, I was busy doing, achieving, leading, caring and showing up for everyone else. From the outside, life can look perfectly fine while, on the inside, something feels increasingly disconnected.
NeuroSoul grew from my own journey back to myself, and from a belief that real change doesn't begin with becoming someone different.
It begins with remembering who you are.
My signature framework — Remember. Rewrite. Live. — guides this journey.
What I Believe
I believe true wellness comes from connection. Learning to listen inwardly, understand your needs and trust your own inner wisdom.
Connection with others
Creating relationships where you can be seen, heard, and accepted without constantly having to perform or please.
Connection with nature and something bigger than yourself
Making space to slow down, notice, breathe and remember that you are part of something beyond the demands of everyday life.
For me, wellness isn't about creating a perfect life; it's about creating a life that feels more like your life.
My Approach
NeuroSoul is a whole-person approach to transformation. I bring together neuroscience, nervous system awareness, mindfulness, reflective coaching and spiritual insight to explore the relationship between how you think, how you feel and how you live.
There is no quick fix here; instead, I invite you to become curious about yourself.
To notice the patterns that have shaped you.
To question the stories that may no longer serve you.
To reconnect with what matters.
And then, gradually, to make choices that reflect the person you are becoming.
This is the heart of Remember • Rewrite • Live:
My Story
The loss of my beloved Cocker Spaniel, Holly, in 2023 became a turning point for me.
Grief has a way of stripping away the noise. It makes you pause. It makes you question what matters, what you've been carrying, and how you've actually been living.
For me, it opened the door to a deeper kind of reflection.
I began to look differently at the stories I had been telling myself, the patterns I had been living with, and the ways I had become disconnected from what I genuinely needed and valued.
I started to understand that wellbeing isn't simply about managing stress, thinking positively or trying harder.
It's about connection.
Connection with yourself.
Connection with other people.
Connection with the world around you.
And sometimes, finding your way back to yourself requires you to remember, rewrite and then consciously live differently.
That became the foundation of NeuroSoul.
Everything begins with remembering who you are.
Before life became so busy, before self-doubt grew louder than your intuition, there was a version of you that knew who you were.
Remembering is about reconnecting with that inner wisdom, recognising your values, understanding how your mind and nervous system shape your experiences, and becoming aware of the stories you've been living by.
It is an invitation to pause, reconnect and return to yourself with compassion rather than criticism.

Awareness creates the opportunity for change.
Once you recognise the patterns, beliefs and habits that no longer serve you, you can begin to rewrite them.
This is where neuroscience meets self-reflection, helping you challenge limiting beliefs, regulate your nervous system, develop healthier thought patterns and create a new narrative that aligns with who you truly are.
Rewriting your story is not about changing your past; it is about choosing how your past shapes your present and future.

Transformation happens through everyday action.
Living is about bringing your new story into your daily life through intentional choices, meaningful habits and gentle practices that support your wellbeing.
It is where purpose meets action, and insight becomes lasting change.
Rather than striving for perfection, you will learn to live with greater clarity, calm, presence and authenticity, and in the process, create a life that reflects your values.
